RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, please contact customer service with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us.

We are not responsible for returned package due to incorrect shipping address issues.

Once the refunds are issued, please wait 3-5 business days for the funds to reach back into your bank account.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SKINCARE RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged or broken.
You received the wrong item.
If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges for damaged or defective items. For any other exchanges, please process a return first, and then make a new purchase.
